The Peach at Fernandina Beach, with one-of-a-kind shipping container pool is a 3 minute walk from the front door to the sand. With five bedrooms and three baths, there's plenty of room for the whole family, sleeping up to 13 guests. This three-story home features nearly panoramic views of the water and the trees of Forth Clinch. The peachy-keen interior is sure to brighten up your stay as your worries melt away.

This Amelia Island vacationer's dream house has all the bells and whistles.
For a vacation experience like no other, our one-of-a-kind shipping container pool will have you saying "wow". Take pictures through the window, enjoy the built-in hot tub and relax after a great day at the beach.
Designed with groups in mind, there are 5 bedrooms in total. There's also a bonus gathering room on each floor where additional guests can sleep. A dedicated game room with ping pong and air hockey delights kids and adults alike.
The great room on the 2nd level includes a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen with sparkling quartz counters and island, a dedicated living area and dining table with ample seating.
The 3rd story includes the master suite with king size bed and ensuite spa-like bathroom. The attached gathering room has an incredible view of the ocean, with a connected wrap-around porch.
Guests love the designer finishes and thoughtful interior design touches, plus all the space to spread out across 3 levels. Perfect for family get togethers.
The backyard has a hangout area with outdoor furniture, but the star of the show is the shipping container pool, featuring a window for social media moments. The hot tub is built-in to the pool itself, and is a delight to relax in, especially at night under the starry sky. There is an additional fee for use of the heater, which just covers the cost of the heating gas. Our pool is great for families due to the inherent safety of our shipping container pool. With a locking gate at the bottom of the pool entry steps, littles one can't wander into the pool on their own.
You'll have plenty of parking with room for 6 total vehicles. The garage houses all the beach gear necessities and we provide 12 beach towels per booking. Many local rental companies are available to spice up your beach stay. Ask us for recommendations!

This was such an incredibly fun and happy house! We absolutely loved the bright colors, the attention to detail and the thoughtful welcoming basket of treats. There are board games to play, a great back yard area to relax in and a well stocked kitchen with a great dining room table that allows everyone to sit together. You’re so close to Fort Clinch State park which is wonderful to visit and minutes to downtown as well. The ice maker doesn’t make ice very quickly so grab a bag for your stay, and there aren’t any ziplocks so bring a couple for leftovers but otherwise everything you need is here! There’s even a small library upstairs in the loft/Main bedroom area. My Book Club was thrilled with the selection! There’s enough space for six standard vehicles or four large trucks to park which is a huge plus. And the pool has jets and can be heated, so it is basically a hot tub if you choose to heat it up and make it that!! (we wanted a cold pool) Wow!! Great first visit to Fernadina and we will be back.

We had a great stay at the Peach House! We loved the layout - each level has bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hangout space so our group of 12 had plenty of space to enjoy the house. The backyard was also great - lots of seating and the pool was so much fun! The beach was a very easy walk and the house had plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, coolers, and even a wagon which was so convenient. I loved how cute the house was! It was clearly lovingly designed and just really elevated the overall experience to stay somewhere so beautiful and fun. Katie (host) was super responsive to questions and always provided info just before I thought to even ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Amelia Island!

We had a great stay at the Peachy House. Great location and super cute, comfortable house. We had a couple minor issues, but Katie was very nice and really quick to respond; she helped us resolve things right away. The pool was really fun.
