About this house rental
This 2600 square foot beachfront home maximizes the amount of living space into 7 bedroom which is a great space for large families or multiple families vacationing together.
The main living area is on the second floor with the kitchen and living room in an open floor plan with views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer on each floor. The second floor is not accessible from the from the first floor. The second floor is accessible from the covered staircase on the back deck. The second floor has hardwood flooring and the downstairs has new custom Pergo flooring. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor main living area. The master is a king bed with a full bath. There is a full bath in the hallway across from the second bedroom which has a bunk bed - the bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. The third bedroom on the second floor is a queen size bed. The downstairs has one full bath with a new custom tile shower with glass door, custom tile flooring and double bowl vanity.. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs - 3 are queens and one is a custom bunk bed room. The bunk bed room has 4 custom built beds - two beds are full size and two are twin size. All of the mattresses upstairs and downstairs are new beautyrest black nappa plush pillow top mattresses including the ones on the bunk beds.
This property only rents for a 7 day minimum in the months of June and July, during holiday weeks, as well as the week of the Ritz Concourse car show and the week of the Shrimp boat festival. You can always inquiry if less days are desired, which may be possible at times due to other existing reserved dates when less than 7 days are available. We had an extraordinary time. The house was absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly dream of was in the kitchen to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable and the linens fresh and laundered. Amazing air conditioning as it was super hot outside. All the beach towels and chairs we needed were ready and available. The Grill on the deck was an excellent working order. We definitely would stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about the Little Big House. The location is perfect. Great walkout directly onto the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all! There’s a restaurant within walking distance right near the house that’s delicious. You can also walk up from the beach to grab lunch or dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Tons of kitchen cookware & storage. We never felt too crowded in the house. Plenty of space for a big family. We had 6 cars & no trouble parking at all. Very nice place to vacation!! We hope to revisit soon!

Our family of 8 adult and 4 grandchildren all 5 years old and younger had a wonderful time at Little Big House on the Dunes! With 7 bedrooms we had plenty of room to spread out. The family gathering space and dining on the main level was spacious and perfect for us. Access to the beach with our own personal board walk was great for us with an easy walk. Having gates on the deck and the board walk was nice for the safety of our young grandchildren! We would definitely come back to stay again!
