This luxury apartment in Paris is ideal for couples as it has a romantic ambiance which is further enhanced by the wonderful views of the Notre Dame and other Parisian monuments that this sixth-floor apartment provide. This meter duplex can be accessed by an elevator, and it is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests.
With an area of 125 square meters, this sunny, fully-air conditioned apartment has two levels in which two bedrooms are placed. As you enter the apartment, the sun-lit open space will greet you in which the living area and the dining area are placed. The living area is composed of two sofas, a center table, a fireplace, and a television, all of which are positioned in front of a large window that provides ample sunlight as you relax on a slow afternoon.
Just a few steps from the living area is the dining area. It is composed of a large table and six seats in which you may enjoy freshly cooked meals from the kitchen situated just behind the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen essentials, some of which include a boiler, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, and toaster, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are also placed in the apartment to aid you with your vacation chores.
The first level bedroom is located at the mall entrance behind the dining area, and it is furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in cabinets, and a bedside table. Connected to the room is the en-suite elegant brown-tiled bathroom in which a toilet, a sink with mirror, and full bath with shower are placed for your convenience.
The other two bedrooms, however, are placed on the second level, one of which has a queen-size bed and built-in closet. An en-suite bathroom is also connected to the second bedroom, which is furnished with a shower area, bidet, and toilet. The other bedroom, on the other hand, has a desk and a pullout bed that can accommodate an additional person.
Besides the large skylight in the bedroom, one of the best features of the apartment is the terrace located at the second level which provides a wonderful view of the Notre Dame de Paris.
