Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This amazing townhouse is so clean, decorated beautifully and held all seven of us so comfortably. The pool is right outside the door and it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach only .3 miles which is amazing. I highly recommend this place to stay.

This property was perfect for our family. The host was prompt to reply to all our questions before arrival as well as during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked making cooking at “home” convenient”. We will definitely be booking again.

This townhouse is perfect! Definitely a place where you can just breathe and relax! You pretty much just need your clothes! The owners have carefully thought of how to make your stay just like home or even better! They lack nothing to make your experience one that you want to have over and over again! Accommodations are extremely comfortable! You’ll get a good nights sleep and be ready for all the day holds!

Great place to stay for our little family! Everything was super clean and well thought out. We were lucky enough to get an early check in and the check out was super easy!
