We have been coming to Maushop/Popponesset for nearly 30 years, and this was the nicest property we have rented! It was exceptionally clean and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. Even with 4 days of rain, just sitting and watching the waves crash (and listening to them at night) was magical. The photos really do not do the property justice. Paul was incredibly responsive and we will come again!

This is our second year staying at this property with our three children. House is a lovely location and has everything we need. Host is always helpful and available if needed. Will stay again!

Our family of 4 traveled to Mashpee to be centrally located in all things Cape Cod. We did morning and afternoon excursions around the area. We loved staying on the private beach that had great views of the sunrise. The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beach cottage and appreciated the lawn area in the backyard of this lovely neighborhood.

The rental house was very nice & well-equipped. The location on the beach was superb, with amazing views! The house easily accommodated 6 adults for the weekend. There was plenty of lawn chairs for outdoor seating on the patio. There was also a nice awning for shade. The grill was also nice to have & was easy to start. The rental agency was nice to work with & very good at communicating. The only negative was the checkout time of 9:30 am. We felt that was much too early.
