About this house rental
Renovated in 2017 and just updated to white kitchen cabinets. The home has a great beach feel. We Love this location. You can see the ocean from the front yard.... that's how close we are to the beach. A 3 minute walk to beautiful Popponesset beach! Renovated the home Spring 2017. We purchased the house from the original owner in August of 2016. Our family owns two other homes on this 14 house dead end street. Walk six houses and down a short path before crossing the only bridge on Dean's pond and you are at the beach. This four bedroom house is ideal for large families or two small families. With a deck and a screened in porch there is plenty of room to enjoy family dinners and conversation. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. We know this area very well. The home is cozy and also has plenty of beds! A well appointed kitchen, a great screened-in porch, and all very clean. Everything was easy and we loved being able to walk and bike to the lovely beach.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well decorated, and close to the beach! The property managers were also very nice and easy to reach out to!

We stayed at this property for a week this past July. The location is great-Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach and market. Upon arrival the home smelled quite musty, and it immediately became obvious that all of the window AC units were full of mold inside and out. We contacted the owners, and they were quick to respond, saying that they would send someone over in the morning to look at them. We took the units out of the windows so we could at least have open air circulation through the night. In the morning, the person came and confirmed that it was indeed black mold. The owner then texted us saying that he was placing a Home Depot order and we could go pick them up and install them. Our family spent a whole day of vacation driving to Hyannis, and installing AC units. The owner did not even say thank you! We wrote to them to tell them that the situation wasn’t handled properly, and they never responded. Would not recommend.
