About this house rental
Beautiful 3+ bedroom air conditioned luxury beach cottage with modern coastal furniture, open floor plan, and beautiful gourmet kitchen. Popponesset beach pass included for guest use. Saturday to Saturday for summer weeks.
Enjoy deeded use of private beach (limited to residents and guests only), and walk to restaurants, shops and mini golf at the Popponesset Marketplace.
New furniture, linens, grill and washer/dryer for Summer 2022, including new DeLonghi Nespresso machine, AllClad pots and pans and Breville toaster. Enjoy the recently built outdoor shower after a day at the beach and relax on the deck or in the breezy screened porch. Three first floor bedrooms and King bed/workspace in fully finished basement including a half bath! Whole home is fully air conditioned.
Home layout: Enter on 1st floor of home to open combined kitchen and living room, with easy access to three bedrooms, full bath and screened porch. On the main level are three bedrooms - #1 Queen Bed, #2 two separate twin beds, and #3 rattan daybed and space for crib. Lower level finished space has second living room, new washer/dryer, and King bed with workspace and half bath. Backyard includes convenient screened porch, wooden deck, new grill and large backyard with outdoor shower!

The cottage was just perfect for our group. It was cute as a button and neat as a pin. The location was perfect since it was in close proximity to the Raw Bar, Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach and a Dunkin! We would all highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to escape to Cape Cod. Perfect.

The host was in contact, very helpful and welcoming. The cottage was clean, renovated and the hosts thought of every detail. We brought towels, chairs and paper goods and it was all there when we arrived. Great back yard for grilling, enjoying lovely weather and dining outside. Look forward to staying again next year!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has been nicely updated and was clean and bright. There was coffee for the coffeemaker (personal must). There is a nice backyard for gathering to grill, dine outside, or just relax. There were six of us and there was plenty of room inside the home. Electronics and wifi worked without a glitch. Best of all, the beach was only a short walk away. We also enjoyed the network of paths for walking and running. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Every amenity needed to have a relaxing vacation on the Cape. The beach was an easy 5 block walk, many shops, stores and groceries close by. You never need to really the area unless you want to.
