Location and house layout was fantastic; close to beaches and very quiet. Listing indicated dock access but property manager said no dock access when we inquired about it (appeared to be AI response). Property was marginally clean at check in and outdoor garbage cans were full at check in (Thursday), not picked up on garbage pickup day (Friday) and so overflowing by checkout (Sunday) resulting in critters getting into the trash during our stay. Outdoor seating and railings were rotted and kitchen pans were pretty worn out and not enough place settings for 8. Enjoyed our stay overall but would expect many of these items to be addressed.

Lots of space for everyone. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. Kitchen was great and the little touches like a coffee pot with pods and soaps was great! Nicely decorated home. Would recommend.
