The open-concept floor plan makes socializing a breeze, and the comfortably furnished living area provides a Smart TV and access to the private patio overlooking the Brigantine Golf Course. This large patio space offers an outdoor dining table and a sprawling back yard area.
Just off the kitchen is a dining area, with additional dining space in the kitchen breakfast area. The fully renovated kitchen offers marble counters, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a separate laundry area.
Two of the 4 bedrooms are located on the first level. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and private, renovated bathroom with barn door access with a walk-in shower. This room also has access to the patio area through sliding doors. The second bedroom on this level has a full bed and a twin bed, a Smart TV and a fully handicap accessible with barn door access and a curb-less shower, as well as a roll under ADA sink.
The second level feature another king bedroom with a Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon, as well as a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This room has a minisplit hvac/heating system for adding comfort. The 4th room is a perfect kid's nook with a queen bed, Smart TV and skylight. This room shares access to the king bedroom bathroom.
Townhouse Tennis III community is the perfect location for guests who enjoy a quiet respite with desirable amenities. Guests have access to 2 meticulously maintained clay tennis courts, a community pool and beautiful lagoon and golf course views. The Coligny Beach access is an .8 mile walk and Shipyard's private beach access is 1.5 mile walk/bike ride with free parking. The property is .2mi/5min walk to The Bank HHI (the island's newest restaurant/beer garden). The community has 7½ acres of heavily treed and landscaped surroundings. Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 vehicles with 1 dedicated covered parking space.

Pet Policy for reservations 29 nights or less: this home has a strict no-pet policy.
Pet Policy for reservations 30 nights or more: you are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs, each with a weight limit of 75lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $225 per dog per stay applies. Please be sure to inform Sunset Rentals in advance if you plan to bring your dog(s).
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
