About this villa rental
Spacious and stunning, this beautifully outfitted 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located in the secluded, yet conveniently located, Townhome Tennis III community in Shipyard. Unique for Hilton Head, this end unit is handicap accessible and has no stairs for the first level of the property.
The open-concept floor plan makes socializing a breeze, and the comfortably furnished living area provides a Smart TV and access to the private patio overlooking the Brigantine Golf Course. This large patio space offers an outdoor dining table and a sprawling back yard area.
Just off the kitchen is a dining area, with additional dining space in the kitchen breakfast area. The fully renovated kitchen offers marble counters, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a separate laundry area.
Two of the 4 bedrooms are located on the first level. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and private, renovated bathroom with barn door access with a walk-in shower. This room also has access to the patio area through sliding doors. The second bedroom on this level has a full bed and a twin bed, a Smart TV and a fully handicap accessible with barn door access and a curb-less shower, as well as a roll under ADA sink.
The second level feature another king bedroom with a Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon, as well as a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This room has a minisplit hvac/heating system for adding comfort. The 4th room is a perfect kid's nook with a queen bed, Smart TV and skylight. This room shares access to the king bedroom bathroom.
Townhouse Tennis III community is the perfect location for guests who enjoy a quiet respite with desirable amenities. Guests have access to 2 meticulously maintained clay tennis courts, a community pool and beautiful lagoon and golf course views. The Coligny Beach access is an .8 mile walk and Shipyard's private beach access is 1.5 mile walk/bike ride with free parking. The property is .2mi/5min walk to The Bank HHI (the island's newest restaurant/beer garden). The community has 7½ acres of heavily treed and landscaped surroundings. Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 vehicles with 1 dedicated covered parking space.

Pet Policy for reservations 29 nights or less: this home has a strict no-pet policy.
Pet Policy for reservations 30 nights or more: you are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs, each with a weight limit of 75lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $225 per dog per stay applies. Please be sure to inform Sunset Rentals in advance if you plan to bring your dog(s).
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

The property was very close to festivities we attended over a wedding weekend, mostly around the Sea Pines and Coligny Beach area.
We wanted a 4 bedroom because we were 3 adult couples; this allowed each couple had their own bathroom. Two of the "masters" were king beds and very roomy. The third bedroom was a queen or double, but not roomy, so that couple got the short stick.
However, the common areas were roomy, especially the living room, which had good quality sofas and chairs. The dining table was huge, and kitchen ample for our needs. We were going in and out at different times, so the key-less entry worked great.
Most importantly the unit had fabulous AC that kept the entire up and downstairs cool without humidity or noise.
The rental included $250 toward beach gear, and we opted for 4 bikes which were well used. The unit is about 1/2 mile to Coligny plaza and beach; about 1/2 mile to a Starbucks and 0.7miles to one of the best French bakeries ever, Hilton Head Social bakery (get there early).
The Shipyard development has a private beach access 1.5 miles walk or bike. There are bike trails all around the Shipyard development which connect to the HHI trails.
Management of the unit was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. Check-in was a breeze. But try to arrive during the day, as the street lighting in the development (and all around HHI) is not great.
We would highly recommend the area, the company, and this unit.

We were here celebrating my moms birthday and it was a perfect location and the house was amazing for our family.

Really pleased with location and facility. Could have used a couple of laundry packets. Also site only had 1wash cloth for each person and we like a clean one each day. Property management was quick to assist other family coming over for dinners etc. They might want to check on outside recyclables pickup - not picked up. Might think about having some beach towels at site. Overall it was a very good rental

House was very clean and nicely decorated. Our group was very comfortable with sitting areas as well as beds and bathrooms.
