Located just a stone's throw away from the private beach access (less than 100 steps!), this pet-friendly retreat in North Forest Beach captures the essence of coastal living. Enjoy the convenience of a short walk or bike ride (0.6 miles) to Coligny Plaza, a bustling hub offering shopping, dining, nightlife, and family entertainment.
Step into the distinctive A-frame design, evident in the photos where the walls seamlessly follow the roof line, creating a unique, quaint, and beachy atmosphere. Recent renovations ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout. The spacious kitchen, with its generous countertops and cabinets, is well-equipped with all your cooking essentials, setting the stage for delightful culinary adventures.
On the first floor, a bedroom off the living room/kitchen beckons with a Full and King bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a mini-tub/shower. The bathroom features new amenities, including a vanity, sink, faucet, mirror, and light fixture. Please note that the two cozy upstairs bedrooms, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, may not be suitable for very young children. Each upstairs room offers a bean bag and a bunk bed with a Full Size mattress on the lower bunk and a Twin mattress on the upper bunk, connected by a Jack & Jill Bathroom with a walk-in shower and a corner sink and faucet.
The main level presents a spacious living/dining area and kitchen, thoughtfully designed for comfort. The dining table accommodates six guests, supplemented by a bar seating four. Perfect spot. Literally 2 minutes from the house until your toes are in the water. A 15-to-20-minute walk to Coligny Plaza along a shaded bike/walk path (about the same along the beach). The kitchen was much larger than we expected and had all of the basics. The back porch had a large fan that kept it comfortable even during the heat of the day. We didn't use the firepit, but we sat around it at night. The chairs were very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative for me was the stairs. Very narrow and steep. Getting luggage up there was a little tricky. Overall vibe was a hand-me-down generational family vacation house. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, but the house needs work. Specifically, lack of electrical outlets in bathrooms, refrigerator didn't work properly, and master bath floor coating would peel and stick to bare feet. Positives: very open and well lit. Only steps to beach. Comfortable furniture
