The living room opens onto a large furnished balcony with a glimpse of the sea, dining table for 4 people and two deck chairs.
- An indenpendant fully equipped kitchen.
- A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- A separate WC
- A dressing room with storage and hangers
The residence has a collective car park at the foot of the building. The location is free. In the event that the car park is full, the quiet street offers many places and allows easy parking. Wifi, air conditioning included.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
## Interaction
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. A person will come on site to welcome you and show you the accommodation.
Please contact us no later than 2 days before your arrival to agree on the time of arrival so that our team can organize themselves.
Departures are at 10 am.
During your stay, we will be available to assist you if necessary by SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, emails or on site to ensure the smooth running of your stay.

The accommodation is located in the Lower California of Cannes just 1.4 km from the Cannes SNCF train station, or 20 minutes on foot.
In the surroundings there are:
- A Casino supermarket: 650 meters
- Bakery and Picard: 350 meters
Only 650 meters from the Croisette and the sea.

Household linen is included in the reservation. A kit of sheets per bed on arrival. 2 bath towels per person upon arrival.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
