First time in Eastbourne, we decided on this hotel because it was close to the pier & seafront, it was only a 1 night stay, but we actually loved the hotel! We were in the “younger age range” but all the guests we saw were great, the staff were friendly, live entertainment was brilliant and made us laugh

Good choice and quality of breakfasts.
Finding a parking space in the vicinity is very difficult so the included on-site free parking was a major factor in our choice of hotel. Very disappointed to find the car park was totally full as it is also available to the public and not reserved for paying guests. We had to pay to park some distance away as a result.

Dated - rotten windows , generally really tired old building . Needs a lot of money spending in it to bring it up to modern standards -and better lighting
