The Venice Island area is such a highly desired are for its quite and laid back atmosphere and of course "The Beaches". The beaches are walking distance or short bike/ car ride. The closets beach is 12 minute walk from the bungalow. Oh the fine dining and shops of downtown Venice are awesome too!

This property is a great location for being able to walk to the beach and to downtown Venice. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet.
