~Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
~An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking

~A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.

~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

I can't say enough great things about sandfeetvr, the complex, the unit and the view! It was beyond perfect!! We had a vacation plan switched on us 2 weeks before leaving from a different agency, I found sandyfeetvr and they were so helpful and eager to help us find the perfect dream vacation in our price range with all our requests quickly! The view was amazing! You could see the beach/ocean from every place in the condo besides the guest room. Stunning! The beds were comfortable and that means a lot to me with back issues normally sleeping else where is miserable, I slept like a rock, was comfy and pain free! This was a huge perk. The exact location of this condo complex is absolutely magical! We seen dolphins every single day from the balcony or while in the water! Even a white one! The kids almost got to touch a manatee as it swam twice right next to us all! We found fantastic shells, sand dollars and more! The beach was so peaceful! I was worried being close to clear water it may be busy busy busy but it wasn't! There were tons of room between each group at the beach and sometimes we had the beach to ourselves! Everyone we talked to there were so kind and fun! Everything was beyond perfect! We ended up with a miserable flight delay (almost 12 hours) and sandyfeetrv were so quick and helpful trying to give us idea of things to do during our delay as it was time to check out. Can't say enough great things about it all! We will definitely be back! Also this room location was so convenient! Right next to the elevator and garbage shoot and a straight shot from the door out on first floor to the beach! Just wish I didn't have to ever leave!!

We had a wonderful week at this condo! The location truly can’t be beat! Waking up to a million-dollar view of the beach and ocean every morning was unforgettable. The unit was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. That said, a few updates could make it even better: the beach chairs were rusted and in need of replacement, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and having more key fobs would be helpful for families. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic spot for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d be happy to return.

After much searching on the internet for a place to stay in Florida, chose CBC 1-16B with no real knowledge of area or condo.(first time in Florida) Talk about hitting the lotto! Room was clean, spacious, and inviting. Kitchen and rooms had everything you needed to stay.The balcony off the back was absolutely amazing! Overlooking the Gulf from the 16th floor was great! Beach was quiet compared to the beaches a mile north. Couldn't ask for a better vacation on the Gulf, will definitely be coming back again!
