*****'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.'

The main suite enjoys an impressive king bed highlighted by splashes of color. The adjoining main bath boasts dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom features a king bed with a direct view of the Intracoastal and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a relaxing reading corner. The second full bath contains a shower/tub combination, accessible from both the second and third bedrooms.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything: downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the free Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

This complex is a non-smoking facility. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
As Crescent Beach Club has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the home for a minimum term of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
