Note: During the balcony construction in Building #1, our large balcony facing the beach that is outside the master bedroom and living room are open for guests to enjoy the sunset. The 2 small balconies outside the dining room/kitchen, and 3 larger balconies facing the intracoastal are temporarily closed.

Guests may hear occasional noise during business hours due to the construction on the balconies.
