It is a house just renovated, ideal for families or couples, warm, it is located in the heart of the village of Audresselles, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, restaurants and bakery. There is an enclosed garden of 50 m² and private parking.
The cottage includes:
-On the first floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave...), a laundry room with a washing machine, WC + sink.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms equipped with roller shutters and/or blackout blinds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet
For the little ones, there is a high chair, a cot, a bathtub and a changing table are available on request before arrival.
Miscellaneous: children welcome, non-smoking rental,
DOGS ALLOWED (5€/day/dog),(cats are not allowed) Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the rooms, and it is preferable that they do not stay alone in the house when you are away. No disabled access. Water, sheets, pellets for the fireplace are included in the price, electricity is included in the price for 9kwatt/day, beyond that, it costs 0.25€/kwatt.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and well facilitated and maintained. The private parking space behind the house was also very nice to have. The bedrooms and bathroom were surprisingly spatious. Everything else is exactly like in the pictures.
Lucie communicated very quickly and friendly. She also welcomed us at our arrival and gave us a tour. Great host!

I cannot praise this place and the host enough! Our (French) host speaks English as well and some German and welcomed us personally and on flexible time. On the arrival we could hear the waves crashing to the beach: I would say this is quiet and close to the shore.
The place looks awesome: a lot of nice decorations, modern stuff (kitchen, smart TV, bathroom - that mirror!) and fancy flooring, and cozy beds. And it is not superficial: everything is easy to use and our host provided a lot of helpful everyday things for the Laundry and Dish washer and for general cleaning. The garden is surrounded by bushes and in the lower part is an overgrown mesh fence so neither dogs nor cats could escape while one relaxes on the provided sun chairs. There is even an outdoor power outlet and with an appropriate extension cord I could charge my electrical vehicle.
When I go to Northern France again I will 150% sure choose this place again.

The house was very clean and cosy, with enough space for a familiy of 4.
Closest restaurant is just across the road, and it is just a short walk to the beach.
