About this house rental
Semi-detached house part of an old farmhouse completely rehabilitated. A pebble and fine sandy beach is at the end of the street.
Once installed on site, you no longer need your vehicle because the house is close to all the shops and activities of the city center. With its two bedrooms and its terrace, the house is ideal for families wishing to come and enjoy the sea or couples who have come to recharge their batteries in the fresh air.
The accommodations are located in a quiet little street in the charming fishing village of Audresselles.
On the first floor, the large living room consists of a lounge area, a kitchen area (completely renovated in 2024), and a lounge area with TV overlooking the bay window which opens onto a large terrace benefiting from the sun all day long.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed enjoys a sea view. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom (completely renovated in 2024) with a shower completes the whole.
Traveler access
Travellers have a completely independent accommodation. A parking space is also reserved for them at the end of the driveway.
The rental does not include household linen (bath and bedroom towels), but cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price.
The village of Audresselles is located very close to Cap Gris-nez and allows many walks in the dunes, or on the cliffs from the house.

Great location, beautifully clean and well organised. Had everything we needed. The only thing missing was a kettle, we had to boil water in a pan and then pour it into cups which was quite dangerous. The mattress on the single bed was very thin and soft so was a little uncomfortable. Everything else, particularly the little garden area, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Thankyou for providing such a lovely space, it made our holiday perfect.
