About this apartment rental
This 2022 condo is pristine and stylish, equipped with everything you need to relax, work, or explore. Centrally located in Four Corners, you’re just 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman and close to the airport, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, Yellowstone, Big Sky, Bridger Bowl, MSU, restaurants, bars, and more!
Please note: This is not a party house. Quiet hours by 10 PM.
**NO SMOKING
The Space:
Just under 2000 square feet.
The main floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, & 1/2 bath.
Upstairs you'll find the Primary bedroom, 2 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry.
The condo borders a beautiful farm, with views of the Bridger Mountains. It's a very special spot.
Water tank to the East of the home.
**This is NOT a party house.
Small gatherings (max 10-12 people) are fine.
To be respectful of neighbors, we ask that any gatherings or excessive noise wrap up by 10 pm.
If additional clarity is needed, please reach out directly to the host.
Guest Access:
Entire Home.
Other Things to Note:
[] Bikes & helmets in the garage - Free for your use, bike at your own risk.
[] BBQ for your use stored in garage, to be used outdoors only.
[] Firepit out back, please turn OFF propane tank when not in use, keep away from home's exterior.
[] At times during the year, the neighboring farmer stacks the harvested hay in locations that can temporarily block the Mountain View.
