This "Grand Ventures" home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious and well appointed kitchen with a second kitchenette, two living areas, an outdoor balcony with BBQ grill, that is perfect for your next Montana vacation. Only minutes away from several public fly-fishing access points on the Gallatin River, and a short drive to town, you aren't far from all of the wonderful recreational adventures Montana has to offer coupled with the convenience of town. Two of the five bedrooms located on the third/top floor are gorgeous master suites. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, custom closet and a spa-like attached bathroom, each unique in their own way. One bathroom is shared with the main living and dining areas.
On the second level there are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and custom closet. A third full bathroom is located on the second level.
On the third/top level, enjoy a spacious kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range, plenty of storage and a large island that opens up to the dining room and living room. Off of the dining room is a balcony with BBQ grill.
On the second floor there is a second kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens into another living room with a reclining sofa and a large TV.

It is approximately a ten minute drive to Downtown Bozeman or Belgrade and fifteen minutes from the airport or MSU. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. It was perfect walking distance to our daughters wedding venue. Lots of fun walking back-and-forth. Spacious and loved the two floor layout. The kitchen was so well equipped for all the entertaining that we needed to do. Super quiet neighborhood.

Friend group of 5 couples enjoyed a great experience. House was clean and ready for us. Bedding was some of the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental house. Several stories so expect to climb stairs, would not suggest for elderly that might struggle with stairs. Trail is off to the rear of the property, very convenient. Trail takes you to the river, which some of our party enjoyed for fly fishing. Secluded spot for some fishing was nice. No issues with neighbors. Can get Uber fairly easily from this location.
