Good location, quiet neighborhood

Property was great, we stayed while dropping my son off to start at msu. Location was very convenient to campus, restaurants, hiking trails, pretty much anything you'd need. House fit all 8 of us easily only issue was having enough warm water for showers, by the 3rd shower water was cold unless you waited at least 30minutes. Beds were comfy, house was clean, kitchen was great and well appointed with 2 coffee makers and all utensils you'd need. Game room was a great addition for my teens and fun hangout space. Only other complaint was neighborhood was weird about walking to the river on the trails, there were always weird signs up and several people stopped us to ask if we lived there. This is not a reflection on the house but more so the neighborhood, they were very protective of their trails and made it uncomfortable to use them.
