About this house rental

Private oasis on beautiful Lake Maggiore! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom features an open floor plan with an updated kitchen over looking the backyard. The home has a front and rear porch with gorgeous views of the lake! The yard is fully fenced with a long driveway to an oversized garage with a washer/dryer inside. The street is tucked back so it’s very quiet. Conveniently located just 2 miles from Tropicana Field, 3 miles from the St Pete Pier and 7 miles from St. Pete beach!

Convenient and easy trip to downtown St Petersburg. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Occasional barking dogs next door. Has most of what you need. Maybe some more kitchen supplies would be nice. Pot holders, dish towels, pizza cutter are things we needed. Enjoyed the screened in porch and views of the lake!

My wife and I stayed here in early March 2025 while visiting family. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the lake and all the space of this house. It’s close to downtown St. Pete and Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. Also, for bird lovers, there are many species that inhabit the lake, so I was able to get some amazing photos. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
