My family stayed here for 5 days in April during an event in St Pete. It was nice and quiet neighborhood w some great little restaurants near by. Enjoyed visiting Tchotchke's, Mullets Fish Camp, and Chattaway. Dive into St Pete was less than 15m. 15

I really enjoyed our 8 day stay at this cute little bungalow, upon arriving the neighborhood was a little dark, not really the hosts issue, we did have a little difficulty opening the lockbox but that was operator error lol, beds were super comfortable, close to everything but not smack dab in the city, quiet little neighborhood. Any questions I had she responded within minutes.The price for 8 days was worth considering I booked a couple weeks beforehand. The only complaint I have, and not really a complaint, is there was a fire pit but no wood, and we couldn’t find anywhere that sold it.Other than that we loved it!!

The host was awesome and so easy to get ahold of. We have stayed it a bunch of vrbos and definitely have to put this spot as one of our top stays. The place was stocked with quite a few extras that we don't usually have like laundry detergent, q-tips, good quality shampoo, seasonings, and slides by the front door! Definitely recommended

Backyard was a mess. Owner did clean it up, but still not as advertised. Refrigerator had no shelves in the door. We stayed for 3 weeks and needed the frig storage. Frig has ice-maker but it doesn’t work. Sofa is ripped and dirty, covered up by a throw. Stove eyes were temperamental. A couple were either off or on high. Several plates were chipped Only one cookie sheet for the oven, no other oven cookware.
