Resort Living Waterside 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 2 Terraces

Rented the place after relocating for work. It was a fantastic area to get acquainted with St. Pete. Close to downtown and a beautiful area for kayaking and water activities.

I was relocating to the area and our original housing fell through. Maureen was amazing and responded quickly and extremely accommodating. The place is great and comfortable. The location is fantastic close to downtown St. Pete and right on the water.

The Waterside South complex is a gated-entrance collection of two-story buildings fronting on Tampa Bay and on man-made lagoons, spread out on expansive, nicely-landscaped grounds, on the south end of Coquina Key. The unit is on the second floor, with one waterside balcony (sharing an exterior stairway to the seawall path with the adjacent condo), looking out on a lagoon with docks, and a second, private, balcony looking out towards Little Bayou. The atmosphere is quiet. The unit is airy, well-maintained,, nicely decorated., and well-equipped. Within the association grounds, two large pools, one bay-side with a hot tub, a fitness center, basketball and tennis courts are a short walk away. Good running routes lead across the south bridge, through quiet neighborhoods and along the water to Bay Vista Park, then back across the north bridge to Coquina Key Park. Downtown St. Petersburg is less than a 15 minute drive on city streets. We stayed three months at this lovely place. Throughout, the owner was most gracious and helpful. We would gladly come again.
