Spacious and as advertised! Quiet, centrally located and plenty of privacy for people in our group because of house layout. Would stay again. Few small issues - down feathers in beds -two people were allergic and were sick because of it. No extra blankets, used beach towels as extra blankets or to lay on couch when cold. Hot tub had dirt on bottom, water was clear but we didn't use it because we weren't sure when it had been cleaned last. Overall, it met our needs for a 35 year college reunion and it's a great property.

Home was spacious and decorated beautifully, there were all the amenities we would need. My family and I loved staying here! The location was perfect, very close to all local attractions.

We dropped our son off to Eckerd College and chose this house due to the proximity to the college. It was very clean and well furnished. There were many restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
