Apartment ansich sehr modern eingerichtet. Pool und gym modern. Schöner komplex mit zentraler Lage zu Downtown.
Netter telefonischer Kundenservice.
Nach der Buchung wurde es kompliziert.
Die Verifizierung ist für Leute ohne US Adresse nur telefonisch möglich uns muss vor check-in erfolgen, da kein Personal vor Ort. Alles online, gut wenn es denn klappt.
2 Apps sind dann notwendig, um ins Gebäude, die Parkgarage, den Poolbereich oder das Apartment zu kommen. Diese klappen nur sporadisch, sodass wir uns täglich aussperrten und mit dem Landing Kundenservice telefonieren mussten. Der war aber sehr nett.
