The Space:
Welcome to Rivergrass Oasis — a beautifully updated ground-floor corner unit in Blue Mountain, perfect for families and friends. This spacious 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests, with a pullout queen sofa in the living room for extra flexibility. You’ll love the recent updates throughout, including luxury vinyl plank flooring, modern lighting, and a refreshed kitchen with new countertops and stainless steel appliances. It’s clean, bright, and designed for comfort after a day on the slopes or trails.
The main living area is open-concept, making it ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The full-size kitchen makes cooking simple, and you can enjoy meals together at the large dining table and bar area, with plenty of seating for your entire group. After a day at Blue Mountain, settle in on the couch to enjoy the gas fireplace and cable TV, and feel free to log into your own Netflix, Disney+, or other streaming apps.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. If you need more sleeping space, the living room sofa easily pulls out into a queen bed.

We had a great stay at this property. It's exactly as described, very well laid out. Great views out the back windows and just steps away from the hot tub. We didn't get to use the pool as it was closed for the season. It's in a Great location when visiting Collingwood and area. The unit had everything we needed and was just minutes from the BM Village. Communication with the host was outstanding. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back again.

First floor condo was clean and exactly as listed. Proximity to the pool and Blue Mountain Village was great. Many good restaurants nearby in Collingwood (about 15 to 20 minutes), and enjoyed a visit to the sandy beaches at Wasaga (about 30 minutes away).
