The Space:
Welcome to Sierra Views, a spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the first hole and the stunning mountains right from your private balcony!
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open concept main floor designed for socializing and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the generous dining table comfortably seats your entire group, making it easy to host gatherings. When it’s time to unwind, retreat to the cozy living room, where you can bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace while enjoying a good book or catching up on your favorite shows.
On the main floor, you’ll find a welcoming bedroom featuring a queen bed, perfect for hosting extended family and friends. This room offers convenient access to a half bathroom.
Venture upstairs to discover the spacious master bedroom, which features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. Additionally, there is another bedroom on the upper floor, also furnished with a queen bed. An extra bathroom on this level features a stand-up shower for added convenience. With ample sleeping arrangements, including a bonus futon in the upstairs loft area, this unit is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closets. There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course.
Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.
Other Things to Note:
You must climb stairs to access the unit and within the unit. The seasonal outdoor pool is a public space and shared with other guests and owners staying in Sierra Lane.
Exterior building work is currently taking place throughout Sierra Lane until further notice. As the work progresses, it may shift between buildings within the area, so the exact location and timing can vary and are not always predictable. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays and weekends. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.

We will be available anytime to help with questions or anything needed by the Airbnb App, text or phone.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Joseph was very accommodating and kind throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our little staycation and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The place is very worn and needs updating especially for the price. Especially alarming is we found a knife behind the bedroom dresser looking for a stuffy. It looked like the dresser had never been cleaned behind. Had to fix two of the iron bars holding the plastic in place on the stairs. No live TV. Rugs are very dirty throughout. Every dish we used and pot we used had to be cleaned. Note we have stayed in three places in this same row of condo's and this was the worst. Sad because the location is great.
