In the summer months, guests can relax and cool off at the Sierra Lane outdoor swimming pool, available exclusively to residents and visitors of the community.

Sierra Lane Community Amenities:

• Seasonal Swimming Pool: Currently closed. The pool is expected to reopen for the 2026 summer season, with a tentative opening date of July 1, 2026.

• The pool is expected to close for the season after the Labour Day weekend, weather and operational conditions permitting. Dates are subject to change.

• The swimming pool is a shared community amenity available to Sierra Lane owners and guests.



Please Note: Pool operations, maintenance, schedules, and any closures are managed by the condominium corporation and are outside of our control.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind the unit.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.



Sierra Lane Community Amenities:

- Seasonal Swimming Pool: Open June 21 weekend until Labour Day weekend

Exterior building work is currently taking place throughout Sierra Lane until further notice. As the work progresses, it may shift between buildings within the area, so the exact location and timing can vary and are not always predictable. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays and weekends. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.

We will be available anytime to help with questions or anything needed by the Airbnb App, text or phone.
