This property was very nice and cozy. The location to the beach is unbelievable. For a small group this the perfect stay in St.Augustine. Close to the beach and all of the restaurants. The host was so friendly and reachable at all times. But the best part of this place was, it literally has all the utensils, cookware, coffee etc you need. Usually most places are bare bones and don’t offer home amenities. It literally felt like you were staying in a family’s home. It was also had all the beach gear and towels you needed. And the most gorgeous patio with a large grill. And the host is also gracious enough to have a few streaming apps logged in for you to watch. Only improvement I would suggest is a few updates around the house and updated tv’s. But neither are necessary to enjoy this space or your stay. Lastly the host was welcoming of pets which was greatly appreciated.

We loved our time in St. Augustine. The house was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed to cook and grill out. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The paver patio and fire pit was a nice upgrade from the first time we stayed at this property. The house is pet friendly with a very nice privacy fence and gates at both sides of the house. The outdoor shower and hoses makes rinsing off you and your pups after a trip to the beach which is only a few minutes walk. The host commucated with us very promptly and made sure that we were happy upon arrival. Highly recommend this property for people with or without pets.

Julie is an excellent host. Attentive to all our needs but there wasn’t any the house was perfect inside and outside. Definitely goingto ask her if we could return.

Clean beautiful home and stunning back yard!! The beach is very close but we often found ourselves just lounging in the backyard with our toddler. Julie was a fantastic host.
