Welcome to 1st Street Retreat II Beach House, a newly updated beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms , a 2 car garage, a paved fenced in yard which is dog friendly 🐶. 1 block to the beach and within walking distance to all the best restaurants like Famous Taco Shop which is right next door, Beachcomber and Mango Mangos which is 1 block over, Obies, Café Eleven, Sunset Grill, Beachside Diner and Saltlife. And a short walk to the best ice cream on the beach CONE HEADS which also makes doggie sundaes.
This house accommodates 6 people maximum. Inside you will enjoy the beachy decor, WIFI with superfast 800MBPS and Smart TV'S for Streaming only
The 1st floor has 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen size beds and a full size bathroom to share
The 2nd floor which has the master bedroom with king size bed, master bathroom with walk in shower, separate tub and double vanity, kitchen, living room, dining room and deck.
The outside retreat has paved fenced in yard, outdoor shower, table and chairs, bbq and propane firepit.
Monthly reservation are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee
We do allow small boats under 20 feet, there is an additional charge you must get permission from the owner there is a $150.00 fee.
ELECTRIC CARS CANNOT BE CHARGED ON THE PROPERTY THERE ARE SEVERAL CHARGING STATIONS IN THE AREA.
NO CATS ALLOWED, IF A CAT IS FOUND THE TENANTS WILL BE EVICTED WITH NO REFUND.

Very nice house one block away from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with lots of extra things to make your stay comfortable. There were lots of towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash etc… There were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and cooler. There was extra toilet paper and paper towels along with dish soap and laundry soap. We did not feel we needed to run to the store to buy anything besides food we wanted during our stay. We enjoyed the beach as well as walking in the neighborhood around the house. Also, the house is a short 15 minute drive into St. Augustine which was a plus for us to be able to easily do things there. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We were happy with our choice.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Lisa was the most accommodating host that I have experienced. She greets you at the house and walks you through explaining everything. The location was excellent it is walking distance to several restaurants and the beach is about a 3 minute walk. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and a wagon are provided to make the walk easier. We were traveling with our fur babies and she doesn’t forget them she had dog bowls, crates and gates. We loved coming back from the beach and showering off in the outdoor shower, which is also perfect for bathing the dogs. We also loved that the back yard was fenced in and the dogs enjoyed it. If you’re traveling with fur babies you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be staying with Lisa in my future trips to Saint Augustine.

The property was very convenient to beach access and was centrally located to many restaurants in the area. Only a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Nice house for multiple people as we had three couples and it was in if enough for us all to enjoy.
