Welcome to our cozy 2BR house located just east of downtown Kent! Our space features one king bed and two twin beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Our location is unbeatable - we’re just 15 minutes from Seatac Airport and the South Center Mall, 25 minutes from Bellevue. close to all amenities. Our space is newly renovated and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Book now and experience all that Kent has to offer!”

The suite has recently been remodeled and features a full contemporary kitchen, Living room, Electric fireplace, Smart Tv, Laundry in the house , Two bedrooms ( 1- king , 2- Twin beds) and one Bathrooms.
Guest access
Enjoy self check-in. Guests have access to the upper section of the entire house, Guests also have access to the fenced back yard with back door access.
Other things to note
This listing comes with two parking spots. this Unit parking assigned a carport
found in south side of the House Up in to east.
Please also note that there may be guests in the basement suite, which is connected to this apartment through a locked adjoining door and because of this, there may be a potential for noise.
Additionally, for safety and security, no guests outside of those in the Booking are allowed onto the property. First and last names of all guests who will be onsite will be asked for at the time of Booking.
Parties/events, illegal drugs and activities, as well as smoking (inside the home) are also prohibited. Any guests who do not abide by this will be asked to leave.
Like many other Seattle homes, we unfortunately do not have AC but do provide guests with plenty of Box fans if so needed.
And lastly, quiet hours are from 9PM - 8AM.

This is a very cozy, clean and modern house. The host was great and always easy to reach. It is close to everything, specially the Seattle Airport. The bedrooms, even though were not air conditioned, could be cool easily by opening the windows and using the box fan provided. The only issue with doing that was the street noise (it is located at a corner of a busy road) and the cooking odors from the residents below that apparently loved to cook late at night and made us close our windows.

Stayed a couple of nights for my son’s wedding. House was within 5 minutes of everything we did and also 20 minutes from the airport. Bed was comfortable.

There were no bureaus for clothes. Only other improvement that we could see were towel bars in bathroom and hooks for a robe. Otherwise well done,
