Welcome to this freshly remodeled, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, offering comfortable one-level living in a bright, open-concept layout.
The spacious primary bedroom features its own private full bathroom, while the home comes fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, including bedding, linens, kitchen essentials, stainless-steel appliances, heating and air conditioning, and more.
Enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to relax and a generous-sized lot offering additional privacy. The property includes a two-car garage, with one garage space available for guest parking and the second reserved for owner storage.
Conveniently located near major hospitals and medical centers, shopping, restaurants, parks, everyday conveniences, and freeway access, making it an excellent choice for traveling nurses and medical professionals, corporate stays, relocating families, insurance housing, or anyone needing a comfortable home for an extended stay.

HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided.
2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay.
3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :)
4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem, these things happen :) it`s a lot easier for me to coordinate for a repair or replacement the sooner we know.
5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
