Welcome to our newly remodeled 3 bedroom house! Our home is located in the East side of downtown Kent, close to all amenities. features 2 queen and two Twin beds and sofa. Can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house has been recently remodeled and has a contemporary look that will make you feel right at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal for your family or friends.
The space
The suite has recently been remodeled and features a full contemporary kitchen, Living room, Electric fireplace, Smart Tv, Laundry in the house , three bedrooms ( 2 queen , 2- Twin beds) and one Bathrooms.
Guest access
Enjoy self check-in. Guests have access to the Lower section of the entire house, Guests also have access to the fenced front yard .
Other things to note
This listing comes with two parking spots. this Unit parking assigned in the front of the house driveway.
Please also note that there may be guests in the Upper Unit, which is connected to this apartment through a locked adjoining door and because of this, there may be a potential for noise.
Additionally, for safety and security, no guests outside of those in the Booking are allowed onto the property. First and last names of all guests who will be onsite will be asked for at the time of Booking.
Parties/events, illegal drugs and activities, as well as smoking (inside the home) are also prohibited. Any guests who do not abide by this will be asked to leave.
Like many other Seattle homes, we unfortunately do not have AC but do provide guests with plenty of Box fans if so needed.
And lastly, quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

Property was just what we needed - a little smaller than it looks online - but it was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were great . Proximity to the hockey rink was ideal. Would stay there again!!!Host was awesome!

we were in Kent for work. It was a good location and enough space for all of us.

This was advertised as a house and it is not and that was very disappointing we had people above us that we could hear walking around they weren't doing it intentionally and then the bathroom was really small for having 4 people there and only one bathroom I thought it had more than 1 and the cleanliness was okay but for what I paid I expected a lot more
