My husband and I were visiting family. We happen to arrive when the property manager was leaving and she greeted us very warmly.
The interior is absolutely lovely and fresh along with being sophisticated. We appreciated having a full kitchen since we were here for a couple days The linens on the bed were fresh and beautiful. The bathrooms were appointed very well.
Make sure if you stay here you take care of this place too because we want to come back and have it looking just nice when we stay this time. On the way out, we got to meet the owner , she wanted us to make sure that we had a pleasant stay and all our needs were met.

This place is amazing. It had so many nice touches and additions that made our stay incredible. The host was easy to reach and get any answers to our questions. The house was very clean, cozy and quiet and it was enough room for the 5 of us. I would definitely recommend this and would easily return to Maple Valley.

We want to thank you for providing such a nice place to stay! Everything we needed was provided and the location was quiet and pleasant.
The AC/heaters worked exceptionally well and appreciated all the upgraded fixtures, shower & shower-heads. The patio area was relaxing and Zen-ish and would have been fun with the fire-table had it not been for the rain (which we also enjoyed being from Arizona)! The honey-dispenser and warmed bathroom seat were nice touches!
We are EVOLVE owners as well and know all the love & care you put into this. Very impressive and thank you for your meet & greet hospitality!

Nice quiet neighbourhood, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The property is very clean and well appointed, everything you could ask for including golf clubs! We loved the patio!
It's a bit of a drive into Seattle (45 minutes or so, try to avoid busy times on the I-5), but we used the light train on our last trip into the city and it was excellent. 30 minute drive to the Angle Lake station where there was plenty of free parking, then a 30 minute train ride into the city for only $6 per person round trip, versus $30-40 for downtown parking.
The owners live next door, and they were very responsive to our needs. A minor problem with the wifi was corrected immediately.
All in all, we highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again whenever we visit the Seattle area!
