Welcome to our charming fully renovated villa in Calahonda, Mijas just minutes away from be beach!
Set in the sweet Spanish residential area and surrounded by a mix of traditional and modern villas, our charming traditional style villa hides more inside. Totally renovated and refurbished to high standards with premium materials and decoration, the owners meant to have total living comfort and the result is here.
A few steps up and the the front door leads you to the large open space area including modern fully equipped kitchen, TV room with a fireplace equipped with comfortable sofa, dining room with a table for 4-6. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with two double beds on this floor and a bathroom with shower. Large sliding glass doors in the main living area give you direct access to the green garden with a private swimming pool and a relaxation lounge area for the kids to play and for the adults to dine and wine al fresco.
First floor: here you will find a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and two terraces with sea views. Large terrace is an excellent place to dine and wine al fresco or have a barbecue in total comfort and tranquility overlooking Mediterranean Sea.
Upper level: there is one more terrace upstairs which they call "mirador", or viewpoint. It's a place to enjoy panoramic views of the sea, mountains and picturesque surroundings.
Of course, the villa has all necessary modern amenities like wide screen TV, WIFI, Air Conditioning, modern lighting inside and outside, private garage to park one two cars.
However, if you don't have a car, it is not needed Nearest supermarket Mercadona is just 3 minutes walk from the villa, commercial area with many bars restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc is 5 min walk. You can walk to the beach, some 10-15 min max where you will find many local tasty chiringuitos or beach restaurants and long boardwalk, so if you like hiking you can walk as far to the port of Cabopino.
