About this chalet rental

WE RENT SUNDAY TO SUNDAY IN JULY AND AUGUST. MIN 7 DAYS
The beach. Perfect for children, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing. 3 bed, two bath, Cozy Private Beach. right out the door wall. Three flat screen TV. All appliances including Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. Microwave and Coffee Pot. Fully stocked kitchen.
Sandy shallow beach perfect for all ages. Long, wide EZ dock on Deer Lake. Public Access for boats available. 10 minutes from town.
20 min from Petoskey, Charlevoix and Gaylord. Two story with upstairs master. Newly remodeled kitchen and first floor bathroom with handicap access.

We are so pleased and happy about our rental! The place, the beach house but also the surroundings exceeded our expectations i have to say. We are ready to come back next year! The chalet was very clean and comfortable, the lake so peaceful and quiet! We loved our stay
