Welcome to our Deer Lake Villa. Our 2-bedroom villa is the perfect spot for your Northern Michigan Getaway! From skiing in the winter, to enjoying the lake in the summer. Boyne shuttle service can take you to the front of the Mountain for a day of skiing or you can make the short drive yourself. Either way you are just a few minutes from all Boyne Mountain has to offer.
The Villa can be found on the shores of Deer Lake located near Boyne Mountain. This Villa is main level entry and features a 2 bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a King Bed and the second bedroom offers 2 queen beds. In the Living room you can also make use of the sofa sleeper for any extra guests.
Enjoy our fully remodeled abode, with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The living room and each bedroom offers floor to ceiling windows with walk-out patio access. Each full bathroom offers a shower and tub combination, including a jet tub in the master bath.
A 2 or 3-night minimum may apply.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo on Deer Lake. The property was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. The views were gorgeous and we greatly enjoyed paddle boarding and fishing on the lake. Location was great too since we were attending a conference at Boyne Mountain. Would highly recommend!

We had ants in our condo. I noticed the previous guests noted this as well. The owners should consider getting professional help with this issue. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, however, the furniture is very uncomfortable, especially for the nightly rate. We had our parents with us and it was difficult for them to get in and out of the sofa and chairs.

Reviewer Comments:
We were disappointed to not have WiFi for the first two days of our stay. The home was clean except for mold in the primary bathroom shower and window casing. There are also a lot of bugs and not just the kind that get in from an open door the carpet and curtains had small black bugs EVERYWHERE the size of a watermelon seed. They got into our things and were all over every room. The property manager fixed the WiFi by the third day but two days without WiFi in an area without phone service meant we couldn’t hang out at the property.
