Beautiful and tastefully decorated, this apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa bed, a TV and a dining table for three. The windows in the area brighten the room and lead to the small balcony overlooking the city.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Located near a variety of public transportation options, including São Bento Station (5 minutes walk), São Bento (4 minutes walk), and Aliados (9 minutes walk), this accommodation allows you to explore the city conveniently. Enjoy the convenience of being close to many of Porto's attractions while having a private and cosy place to return to after a full day of sightseeing.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Except for the quite excessive amount of mold in the bathroom, broken showerhead, a huge stain on the ceiling and stains on the walls the place was decent. The location is great and the checkin easy.
Considering the price, we were expecting something slightly more comfortable. All in all just a little sad to have a nespresso machine but instead of cups there are 2 sachets of instant coffee for 3 days. All in all, not unhappy with our stay. Beware though , there is no lift in rhe building
