Flats are located in a 2 minute pleasant walk from Porto city landmarks such as Clerigos Tower, Lello Bookstore and Virtudes Garden, and in a 5 minute walk from the metro (Aliados) and train station (São Bento).
The building has nice views over the Clerigos’ area, Virtudes’ Garden and River Douro.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Whether it’s your first time in Porto or you’re a local legend, this place is the place to be. It’s walking distance from all major attractions, and several wine bars, while the Douro River quay is an under 20 minute walk away.
I stayed during Praxe so the streets were alive most nights, all through the night. I wasn’t bothered by it but it does get very loud. Like most buildings, there is no elevator so keep that in mind while packing. If you utilize the LUGGIT service, however, they do offer to help carry it up. The door to the building can be a little sticky at times, the trick is to turn the key while pulling the door forward, then a quick push. Shout out to the super responsive host who helped me figure that out!

The bathroom is a little small but otherwise everything is fine.
