The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and a flat-screen TV. There is also a separate WC on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), another room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and a third room with two bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The upper level also has a shower and WC.

The villa is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features air conditioning throughout, a boiler with a 100-liter capacity, and wooden floors.
