Although it gives on one side on the street, it is quiet and nestled in lush greenery. On one side you can see the sea and the islands of Levant, on the other side the kite-surfers of Almanarre.
A ping-pong table and rackets are available, as well as an outdoor electric griddle.

The village is a minute walk, as well as all shops, market, restaurants ...
The charming port of Niel is an eight-minute walk away, as is the wide Almanarre beach, renowned for its swimming and famous kite surfing site.
In eight minutes also, a small cove to snorkel.

Grandes tables, terrain de pétanque, et bien sûr la piscine nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (3 générations) pas besoin de voiture, les restaurants, commerces, arrêts de bus pour Hyeres ou Porquerolles et de petit train pour la plage de l'almanarre sont à 3 minutes à pieds
Ambiance village et charme de Giens
Accueil chaleureux et attentionné
Les 2 chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont peut-être à réserver aux personnes qui ont un bon sommeil : il y a peu de circulation mais les voitures passent très près.
A part ça, séjour parfait
