About this apartment rental
From the moment you walk through the front door you will be amazed with the spectacular views out to the beach and the ocean. You and your family will not want to leave this bright, cheery and spacious high end villa with a beautiful open plan. The kitchen and the dining area are well equipped with a gas range, and updated cabinetry. It is the perfect place for entertaining the entire family. New for 2025: brand new LVP flooring throughout (exception of baths) and updated master bathroom. New photos to come in late Fall of 2025.
This beautiful 3BR and 3BA, is spread out over two levels with a large private sun deck off the master bedroom upstairs giving you the most beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. Relax on the teak loungers with a cocktail and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
Once you have enjoyed your brunch on the oversized screened porch, you can head down to the pool or onto the beach to put your toes in the sand and enjoy the surf, all this only steps away from your Villa. On your way back from the beach you can rinse off the sand in your own outdoor shower and enjoy direct access to your patio. Outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled)

Bedroom One: 1 Queen and 1 Twin; Cable TV; Full bathroom with shower
Third Floor (second level of condo accessible by approximately 15 stairs):
Bedroom Two: 1 King; Full private bath with shower; HD cable TV; private balcony with lounge chairs and view of pool/ocean.
Bedroom Three: 1 Queen; Full private bath; TV with streaming capabilities.
Washer and dryer in hall closet.
**Please note that this property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or Gym - only the Beach Club Villa pool (outdoor, open April 1-end of October)**
*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/16/25; 3 night minimum in off season.*** Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit (Guest day passes not permitted).

The condo was great. It could have used a quick wipe down for a few cleaning items, but overall it was fine.We would stay here again. The condo has great views and is close to the pool and the ocean. I would have given 5 stars but I gave 4 stars due to their being so many mosquitos. I am not sure if it was the time of year or why they were so bad, but you could be out walking on the beach in the early morning or at dusk, so we missed that.We would visit again but definitely not this time of year.
