Clean, tastefully decorated, lovely garden, lots of character.
My son didn't like the fact that you had to go through his bedroom to use the bathroom

Location v noisy because of Road traffic noise
Parking was problematic. We had to pay 10 pounds 60 topark in a v ordinary unsupervised shingle yard belonging to church and then had some difficulty getting luggage to cottage along v narrow footpath. V steep difficult stairs inside.
