I loved how cosy and homely this place is. Lovely fire/wood burner, cute garden out back and comfortable and spacious rooms. It’s charming and a lovely property all round!
Nothing at all! I was unsure about parking before our stay as it doesn’t have a parking space directly beside it however the owner messaged with info on 3 nearby car parks that were just a few minutes walk so this uncertainty was not an issue whatsoever in reality. I can see no reason whatsoever that anyone would not enjoy this property

Coffee has ran out. Minor issue

A beautiful wee cottage with such amazing attention to detail. Super comfortable on all levels. Great real time communication with owners. As dog owner so good pooches are welcome…owners appreciate that well behaved dogs dont impact a property .
In a perfect world there would be onsite parking…but knew there wasnt as details were clear so no issues, and owner sent great info about parking options which were all v close.

Very cozy, clean and well-thought.
Its not that i dont like, the beams are low and my poor husband keeps forgetting it so he keeps hitting his head when he go to the kitchen.

So characterful! Immaculately clean. Well appointed. Comfy bed. Good value for money. Single night availability.
Quite a busy road immediately outside. (I live in country so in fairness likely road noise bothers me more than most).
A door between the bedrooms would have been preferable.

Such a beautifully presented letting, full of character, warmth and a truly homely feeling.
The owner provided for everything and more.
Truly value for money.
Happily stay there again.
Nothing at all.

On very busy, noisy main road, no door between bedrooms, creaky single bed and bathroom door. No street parking, wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely cottage to stay before our Daughter's Graduation at Edge Hill. Everything we needed for our overnight stay. Good facilities, got parked up the hill nearby next to a nice pub. 3 adults stayed with plenty of space for us. Great instructions sent prior to our arrival from Kev.
Struggled to lock the back door. Had we brought the dog and been in & out it could have been problematic. Watch your head if over 5'2, you soon learn! Stairs are steep if you struggle with mobility.Property is next to quite a busy road.

Great little cottage and had everything we needed.
The space is well used, nice big bed, large bathroom and very comforting.
The property was nice and clean, had all the required cutlery, pots, pans and plates etc. Tea and coffee.
Would deffo return if we are looking for a little weekend get away in the area (we are local to the area)
Some great little pubs and restaurants in the area with lots of them being dog friendly.

Beautiful home and had everything we needed for a couple of days.
Small path to get to the front door which is quite scary when road is busy!

Beautiful property in a nice location, cosy and well decorated, perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen clean and well equipped. Back garden was also lovely with plenty of seating options.
Parking away from the property wasn’t ideal but obviously understand nothing can be done regarding that. We couldn’t see any logs etc to start up the fire which would have been nice.

Really cosy, warm and comfortable cottage. Location was very convenient for getting to our concert on Saturday night in Manchester
Dogs loved the garden (shame our weather wasn’t great as we would have made more use of that!)
Good local pubs and places to walk
A few very minor things - a few missing bits of equipment, a bread knife would have been handy! No matches / firefighter, kindling, firefighters for fire no particular issue as bought from the co-op
There is road noise during the day in the living room which can’t really be helped it being an old cottage next to a busy road - it quietens down at night.

Really quaint little Cottage. It felt spacious as it had a great layout, plenty of space in the lounge, a good-sized kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Lots o nice touches with tea, coffee and milk, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, etc.
Nice little garden out the back for the dogs.
Owner Kev was really helpful in letting us check out late and trying to find space for our trailer. Great set of instructions before we arrived.
Mattress wasn't the worst we've ever slept on, but not the most comfortable.

I love the maintained period features of this little cottage, the quirky original shapes of the walls and the cosy interior.
We arrived early hours of the morning gone midnight so didn't have the chance to fully appreciate the garden before we had to leave again come the morning as we were only there for an overnight stay.
the property was very nicely decorated and very cleanly maintained.
There was a decent amount of kitchen ware, cutlery utensiles, pots, pans, cups and glasses to use and i also like how there were provisions for guests witu four paws too.
The shower was glorious and the beds were nice and comfy particularly the smaller single bed.
Will definitely stay again in the future should the chance arise!
Not a fault of the property or property owner, ect but you do need to be careful on the footpaths on the roadside, some are quite narrow and the cars dont pass slowly.
Definitely be careful when entering and exiting the property <3

It is a very comfy property with lovely facilities, everything you need for a short stay. Hosts are super helpful and reply to messaged with recommendations which is really nice. Lovely garden for any pets and local reassurance and pubs, with lots to choose from. The house is decorated nicely and bathroom is lovely and spacious with an amazing shower /bath.
With the rainy weather it would have been lovely to have a fire, however no kindle or logs were provided and local shops didn’t have any.
No immediate parking

Location was perfect, in good location for shops and pubs. The house was cosy with everything you need and a lovely selection of beverages to buy with a dontation if you are caught short. The notes around the place was fantastic to let us know how to look after the place. The back yard was beautiful and well kept.
Nothing, it was simply perfect.

The cottage is beautiful & backs onto a lovely church/graveyard area. The hosts are always on hand & contactable. There were nice messages left around, one offering biscuits, coffee & hot chocolate! Beds were really comfy, everything spotless & high spec. We were seeing family so didn't use it as much as we wanted to, we didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay again!
Nothing!

Beautiful cottage - clean, comfortable, stylish and lovely garden too.
The location on very busy main road. The traffic was really noisy from very early.
