Free Parking Coastal Modern One Bedroom Apartment

The apartment was very modern and clean. It is very well equipped with excellent kitchen and all the kitchen appliances and equipment you could possibly need. The lounge was very spacious. The bedroom had brilliant wardrobe space and was also spacious.

The stairs to the downstairs bedroom were very steep.

Price was OK. Host helpful and instructions clear. Close to beach front, arcades and Hippodrome. Netflix useful but two TV's confusing at 1st.

It's a difficult review because the price is low in comparison to others so you cannot expect perfection - although I think there should be a bit more honesty in the advert. I don't want to be too critical on a VFM basis, but I think a few key bits potential bookers should be aware of. Call it constructive criticism. The immediate entry impression round a dirty bin filled back alley with broken CCTV isn't great; I'd switch main entrance to front with the option of using the back. I feel the advert gives the impression there is specific parking but it is just street parking in what is not a great area. The garden/outdoor seating isn't worth shouting about for sure and kind of embarrassing when you reread the advert. The main bedroom is downstairs in a cellar like area; smells a bit at times and it has a humidifier running 24/7 that needs emptying twice a day - appears to be a damp problem potentially hidden by wardrobes and wooden panelling. Most of the apartment was clean enough. Maybe the floors could be cleaner a mop would help but if they are using the hoovers in the hallway they are useless. The bedsheets appears dirty with stains and some hair (maybe Dog) which IMO is inexcusable.
