Perfect for location, perfect for host and perfect for property. 10/10

Victoria was an amazing host! The sat nav didn't like the postcode and harder to locate in the dark. She came out to meet us and make sure we got into the property and was so accommodating with a couple of our requests. Hot tub was a lovely addition, very hot and a great view. We would highly recommend, spotlessly clean, everything you need and a lovely shower!!

Only con is that Sat Nav stuggles to locate the property but I imagine it's not an issue in daylight!!

Apartment was big,modern,clean and comfortable. Welcome pack was lovely gesture. Tvs in the bedrooms as well as the living room was great for a relaxing stay with family. Outside garden area was lovely and hot tub lovely too.

Scenic, friendly staff, beautiful apartments with hot tubs.

This is my third time staying here, it is very rare I return to the same holiday accommodation more than once. This property is set in the scenic Antrim countryside which is great for privacy and relaxation. It has two hot tubs and the apartments are clean and modern with very friendly staff. I will be back soon.

Even in ghastly weather it’s great. Roomy, flexible and cosy. But we had full sun! Glorious to hear the farm animals too

Ideal for a flexible stay - for us it was alternative accommodation whilst the house is sorted for mum coming out from hospital but also a private location for a bit of Eurovision! We could cook, the welcome hamper really lovely and the milk gorgeous. Also getting a takeaway easy as well as parking.

The only thing I would lightly criticise would be the microwave as it was too wee! But that’s just feedback not a negative. Using the grill and oven more I hope we left it good enough for the hosts to ensure it was fit enough for the next guests. Very much appreciated the late check out as my mornings are dependent on my medical equipment and health.

Incredible stay!!

This property was just incredible! We stayed here the night before our wedding with bridesmaids in one apartment and groomsmen in the other and we were delighted with the space in each apartment, the cleanliness and the incredible grounds! The Hot tub was a fantastic bonus! Would recommend to anyone staying with a large group! Thank you so much for having us!!

Beautiful property and location

What an amazing stay we all had! Accommodation was truly lovely, clean, modern with the added bonus of beautiful surroundings. We will be back! Owners were lovely and helpful and went out their way to make us feel welcome. They lent my son their football goals and ball which was so kind.

Ballymullock Barn Lofts were a little of the beaten track but for us that made it even better ! staying on a farm was lovely

The accommodation was well thought out in every detail and to a good quality, food basket when we arrived with bread etc was a nice touch, as was the book giving details of the accommodation and surrounding area We had nice chats with Victoria and Paul and would highly recommend this

Exceptional

The welcome basket of bread, milk, and treats was a lovely touch. The accommodation was fully fitted with everything we needed, and it was spotless. My kids loved seeing all the animals on the farm passing by the window and watching the sheep dogs work. The hot tubs were very nice to relax in. The hosts were very welcoming and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Beyond expectations!

We stayed in the Grain loft and It hit beyond expectations, from the facilities to the owners. Before even arriving Victoria had messaged me asking if we would want the sofabed pulling out and making up and also if we wanted one of the hot tubs turning down so that the children could enjoy themselves. Your greeted with a welcome jumper which consisted of home baked bread (delicious) snacks, also fresh milk tea bags etc. This place was immaculate, we stayed in the 7 person loft which had 2 bedrooms one had a 3 bed bunkbed (double on the bottom and single on top) the other bedroom had double bed (both bedrooms had a dresser so you can get ready very comfortably. The living room had a double sofabed, all beds were very comfortable and every room had its own TV which you can get Netflix etc on. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need from utensils to a dishwasher even down to dishwasher tablets and liquid. The bathroom had an amazing shower which also had body wash shampoo conditioner and a hairdryer. Now the outside WOW! Surrounded by nothing but countryside all we could hear were the cows moo! There are 2 BBQ areas and 2 hot tubs all ready and waiting for your arrival. We had a lovely conversation with the owners Victoria and Paul they're both very welcoming. When you stay here you'd want for nothing. I can't express enough how incredible this place is, you'd have to go and experience it for yourselves. We're already planning our next trip over and stay here.

Three of us stayed here and we all were very impressed. Lovely view of countryside and animals in fields. Two outdoors jacuzzi’s were available and apartment was very spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The host Paul was personable and helpful. We would happily stay again.

Heerlijk einde van de vakantie! Zo lekker schoon en fris.

Zo lekker schoon!!!! Goede faciliteiten: ff kunnen wassen, drogen. Onze pubers waren superblij met de hot tubs. Schoon, fris, prima! Heel fijn: dichtbij Belfast (20 minuutjes rijden) en 10 mns naar de boot Schotland.

Niets! Een anders had het misschien alleen functioneel is, wij vonden het prima.
