We loved everything about this place from the time we got checked in to the room the introduction to the room might I say the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and then the check out fabulous and not forgetting every night we got complimentary presents as a keep safe they made our stay so much better since they new we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel in Macau. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was the service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, always willing to help and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and stylish, in keeping with the hotel's unique design aesthetic. The view from our room was a little underwhelming, but that's not really something the hotel can do much about and it certainly didn't detract from our overall experience. We also really enjoyed spending time in the Book Lounge, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld's Paris Study, this was a great space to relax and unwind. The Whisky Barrel Ice Cold Drip Signature Coffee drink is a must try. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Secret Garden. It was an unreal and magical place, feeling like something straight out of a fantasy fairytale. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and landscaping created a truly special experience and made it one of the most memorable parts of our visit. Overall, the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel provided a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay, with excellent service and some unique features that helped set it apart.

The only drawback is the location is slightly out of the way, but would be perfect if you are looking for a quieter stay.

Large, comfortable, stylish and very clean rooms. Very helpful and polite staff.

Breakfast is not buffet, however they will refill anything you wish. Its location is a bit further than the strip.
