    From the room and its amenities to the amazing and professional hotel staff, everything was top notch. Special thanks to our floor butler Felix and Cindy for being so warm and welcoming. Location is the best, easily accessible to all the Cotai strip. Loved my stay, will surely return with family.

    An outstanding stay at The st.Regis Macao. From the elegant surroundings to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional throughout the entire stay. The butler service was particularly impressive, adding a highly personalized touch to the experience. The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and refined hospitality. A truly memorable stay and an experience that reflects the st Regis standard at its finest.

    The hotel offers butler service which was a nice touch, check in staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, past guest must have smoked in the room as the smell remains and it bothered me. I requested an air purifier which was delivered but the smell lingers through the night

    The hotel was very nice, and the staff service was excellent. We had a wonderful birthday weekend arranged by the hotel, and we truly appreciate it.
