We arrived very late at The St. Regis Macao due to Typhoon Noul, feeling completely exhausted. Traveling with my elderly mum made the stormy situation even more challenging.. but supervisor Ms Gigi Lai turned everything around. She welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately made our stay a lot more pleasant. She was incredibly patient, explaining everything clearly while prioritizing my mum's comfort. Despite the late hour, her thoughtful gesture of offering us breakfast upon arrival was a beautiful touch.Over the next few days, Ms Gigi made us feel completely at home, rather than like strangers in a hotel. This goes way beyond standard customer service—it is true, heartfelt care. Ms Gigi is an absolute gem and a wonderful asset to the property. We will definitely return to The St. Regis Macao and truly hope to see her again!

I came here with my mom for her birthday and the staff from every department was so sweet.
From the front desk, to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, they were all very accommodating.
They had desserts and decorations prepared prior to our check in, and even helped my mom and I take a cute picture together.
The room was so spacious and the 24 hour butler service is so cool 😂 I could order drinks to the room when I was craving something, a really nice touch and extra thing that the hotel does :)
Location was also great, connected to the Londoner but a little secluded from the main bustling area so it gives you a little privacy. 10/10 would recommend especially if you have an occasion to celebrate

His warm hospitality, genuine friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism made every dining experience memorable. Rod consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, and his passion for delivering outstanding service was evident in every interaction.
We are also sincerely grateful to **Kaye** from the customer service team for her kindness, efficiency, and thoughtful assistance throughout our stay, and to our butler, **Alex**, for his attentive and professional service, which made our stay seamless and comfortable.
