Had a wonderful stay with my family.

I had prepared my own breakfast and dinner. So the kitchen was fully equipped for me to feed my 2 kids with food of their choice. There were free parking spaces which made my car parking easy. There was a playground around to spend time with kids in evening. Neighbor hood was good and we did not faces any issues. There was always a prompt answer from the owner in case of all questions.

The building from outside made me nervous but after visiting the flat everything was very good.

Nos sentimos timados por parte de Booking

Es un apartamento amplio y la cocina estaba equipada de todo un poco.

Lo primero de todo fue que llegamos a las 3 de la mañana al apartamento y una de las puertas del bloque no se abría, llamamos por teléfono y nadie nos solucionó el problema, hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada no pudimos entrar y gracias a una chica que vivía por allí nos ayudó. La ubicación regular, el edificio en muyyyyy mal estado, la fachada . parecía un edificio en ruinas ( pensamos que nos había timado). Las escaleras muy estrechas y sin ascensor. Desde que entras al edificio muchísima suciedad, telarañas y un olor insoportable a humedad. Cuando entramos al piso el olor seguía y tuvimos que abrir todas las ventanas porque no se podía estar allí. La ropa de cama fatal y las toallas con un olor muy desagradable. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hübsch renoviert.

Extrem schlechtes Haus. Von außen schon heruntergekommen, die Haustür nicht verschlossen, weil das Schloss defekt ist. Im Treppenhaus kommt einem schon schlechter Geruch entgegen, es ist sehr sehr schmutzig. In der Wohnung oben angekommen riecht es nach kaltem Rauch, den man auch mit langem und häufigem Lüften nicht wegbekommt. Di Wohnung war beim Einchecken nicht richtig sauber, schmutziges Geschirr in ebenfalls schmutzigen Küchenschränken, Tischdecke nicht an den Seiten abgewischt. Nach 1,5 Stunden putzen konnten wir uns ein wenig wohlfühlen und frei bewegen. Auf dem Bettlaken dann der nächste Schreck - ein Blutfleck. Genau wie auf dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Das Bad und die Toilette waren bis auf lose Lichtschalter OK und auch sauber. Die Betten bequem. Schade, dass eine solch hübsche Wohnung nicht ordentlich sauber gehalten wird. Highlight war, dass am zweiten Morgen im Flur im Eingangsbereich hinter der Haustür Reste von Kronkorken, Zigarettenstummel und Fixer-Besteck lagen. Das und die Gerüche in der Wohnung haben uns dann dazu bewogen, uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Im Urlaub will man sich ja wohlfühlen und keine Angst haben.

Μην κλείσετε ΠΟΤΕ αυτό το κατάλυμα είναι μεγάλοι απατεώνες.

Ενώ στην αρχή έδειχνε πάνω απο 25 ωραίες φωτογραφίες, μετά απο 2 μήνες μας ενημέρωσε ότι αλλάζει ονομασία το κατάλυμα και έχει μόνο 4 φωτογραφίες....., είναι κατάλυμα τρώγλη με κεντρική πόρτα που είναι πάντα ανοιχτή, με επικινδυνη ξύλινη και σάπια σκάλα που πρέπει να ανέβεις στον 2ο όροφο, αν και δεν το αναφέρει ΠΟΥΘΕΝΑ αυτό, όλο το κτίριο μυρίζει μούχλα και βρώμα, κακόφημη και επικύνδυνη περιοχή. Αγενέστατοι οι διαχειριστές του μας κλεισανε το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα μας. Δεν κάναμε ποτέ check in και δεν μας επέστρεψαν ποτέ τα λεφτά μας πίσω. Και σε αυτό φταίει η Booking.com που έχει αυτήν την τρώγλη στην εφαρμογή της. Ζητήσαμε με τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία απο την Booking.com ( μιλάγαμε μαζί τους 47 λεπτά απο το κινητο μας τηλέφωνο) να μας γίνει relocation, και δυστυχώς ο booking assistant δεν ήξερε να μιλάει τα στοιχειώδη αγγλικά, και δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν καθόλου για εμάς ενω τους έιχαμε στείλαμε φωτογραφίες απο το κατάλυμα τρώγλη. Περιμέναμε να ενημερωθούμε επίσημα απο την Booking.com απο τις 20:35 μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, αλλά δυστυχώς αδιαφόρησαν τελείως.

Las camas son buenas

Estaba bastante sucio, la ducha en mal estado, difícil el acceso al departamento, los sillones remanente sucios, entra mucho frío por las ventanas, tuvimos que suspender las cortinas para aislar ese viento, la vajilla mal lavada, etc, etc
