It’s big and has all the main amenities, staff attitude is great

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a great location and amazing beach. The chalet was also wonderful, and the entire experience was excellent
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the restaurant and room service teams to the reception staff
Special thanks to Samar, gust relation, also to service team Mohamed Mashary, Walied, and the restaurant team for their kinds , and excellent food service
The golf cart service was not responding to our call to request even we did call the receptionist many times I recommend to increase the golf carts

The food options on buffet were plenty & the dining staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were comfortable but The cleaning of rooms was not done properly & reception staff need better training
On arrival in the late afternoon the chalet was not ready for check in, then we were given a non sea facing. We had to move to the right chalet at night after dinner. We also couldn’t get late check out as promised after the check in fiasco. The staff at reception likes making promises they can’t keep.
